ШУКАЄ КАНДИДАТІВ НА ПОЗИЦІЮ:

1.    Accounts Receivable Accountants with knowledge of Serbian/Bulgarian/Greek/Hebrew, Order Release and Collection team. 

Main responsibilities:

∙         Ensure process overdue (collections) performance – analyze open balances and overdue items, release blocked orders of customers, perform Inbound and Outbound activities to facilitate collections, avoiding bad debts;

∙         Prepare reconciliations with customers;

∙         Prepare reports;

∙         Perform checks and controls according to Standards;

∙         Participate in Key Performance Indicators trends (SLAs), root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving. 

Main requirements:

∙         University degree;

∙         Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly in Excel);

∙         Good analytical, communication and time management skills;

∙         Attention to details;

∙         Ability to work with big volume of data;

∙         Knowledge of English (Intermediate: spoken and written);

∙         Proficiency in Serbian (Upper-intermediate or higher: spoken and written).

2.    Accounts Receivable Accountants with knowledge of Serbian/Bulgarian/Hebrew, Demand Capture team. 

Main responsibilities:

∙         Ensure Demand is captured within Global and/or Market SLA's, through both manual and electronic order methods;

∙         Liaise with Centre of Competence and Reference / Master Data to resolve exceptions/ failures for electronic and digitalized demand capture within the time period of defined service level agreement;

∙         Provide analysis and input into root cause resolution of demand failures, supporting 1 touch orders;

∙         Prepare reports;

∙         Perform checks and controls according to Standards;

∙         Participate in KPIs trends (SLAs), root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving. 

Main requirements:

∙         University degree;

∙         Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly in Excel);

∙         Good analytical, communication and time management skills;

∙         Attention to details;

∙         Ability to work with big volume of data;

∙         Knowledge of English (Intermediate: spoken and written);

∙         Proficiency in Serbian (Intermediate: spoken and written).
