- Fluent English (Very good level! Both written and spoken is a mandatory requirement !);
- Mandatory: 100% availability to work: day&weekend shifts: 8 hours+1 hour break. 3/3 days, Saturday and Sunday shifts includingly;
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to handle different situations with the different kind of people;
- Logical mind set, ability to set priorities and understand needed sequence of actions.

Обов’язки:
- You are expected to be the 2nd level of clients’ support with following key duties (but not limited with the list):

- Contacting hotel suppliers in regards reservation/booking details;
Investigating booking reservation details;
- Providing relevant parties with necessary information (suppliers, clients, management, 1st level of support, etc);
- Making new booking reservations.
