Now we are looking for a Consultant on labour migration issues

Responsibilities:

·      legal advice on migration law, legalization of documents

·      preparation of the package of documents to file with the authorities (residence permit, work permit, etc.)

·      translation of documents, their notarization and legalization

·      liaison with the authorities

·      control over the timing of documents’ processing

·      liaison with a non-resident client: communication, correspondence

Requirements:

·      Ukrainian qualified with superior academic credentials;

·      Diploma of translator (English) is a plus;

·      1+ years of relevant experience in migration, labor law or private clients field as a junior associate, consultant, personal assistant to an expatriate in a law, consulting firm

·      Native Ukrainian speaker with fluent spoken and written English and Russian

Qualifications:

·      Excellent research, analytical and legal writing skills;

·      Proactive and ambitious;

·      Excellent interpersonal skills;

·      Excellent written & oral presentation skills;

·      Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects.
