Now we're looking for highly motivated individual to join our team in Kiev office as Customer Support Representative (ability to work at day and night shifts with flexible working schedule). Requirements:

• Fluent English (verbal and written)

• Ability to learn fast

• Initiative and desire to work

 
Main responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via chat and phone

• Consult new clients about products, discounts, payment options etc.

• Provide support for existing clients

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment

 
Conditions of work:

• Flexible working schedule:

• Morning 08:00 - 16:00

• Day 14:00 - 22:00

• Night 22:00 - 08:00

• 2 days off per week
