Responsibilities

·       Provide high-quality product support for PublBox international customers;

·       Provide product education to our customers;

·       Deliver effective customer support to our rapidly growing customer base;

·       Deliver solutions to both technical and non-technical end users while also supporting a wide range of technologies;

·       Manage and collaborate interdepartmentally to resolve at-risk Customer escalations;

·       Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps;

·       Participate in providing training to customers as required;

·       Monitor customer usage data, health indicators, renewal dates and growth opportunities and translate into strategies for success;

·       Respond to partner and customer inquiries in a professional and prompt manner;

·       Build strong customer relationships for repeat business;

·       Define success plan for at-risk customer and execute the plans in collaboration with functional teams;

Professional Requirements

·       University diploma;

·       Advanced verbal and written English, knowledge of French or German is an advantage;

·       2 years of experience in interacting with international customers and/or stakeholders;

·       Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills;

·       Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues;

·       Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships;

·       Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption

·       Ability to work nights and weekends, if necessary.
