We’re looking for an experienced, results oriented Customer Support Specialist, to provide awesome technical and sales support to our clients.
You will work with our Sales team and customers to build relationships and drive value based on customer defined goals.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years experience providing exceptional software, technical or sales-oriented customer support required.
  • Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and meet deadlines and goals.
  • Skilled communicator (verbal and written).
  • Fluent English (verbal and written) is a must.
Duties:
  • Desirable work time - 11.00 - 20.00.
  • Handle various incoming sales-focused requests.
  • Support Sales Team by providing customer education and issue resolution.
  • Maintain and deal with payments.
  • Assist clients with Premium services activation and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction enabling a successful renewal.
  • Identify upsell opportunities, collaborate with internal teams to remediate issues and enabling new clients conversion.
  • Ensuring customer feedback is clearly captured and conveyed internally to enable ongoing improvement of product and service.
