на вакантну посаду наукового співробітника радіофізика

Обов'язки:

Конструювання інноваційних лабораторних і медичних систем, які відповідають найвищим вимогам сучасної квантової радіофізики.

Розробка разділів проектної та эксплуатаційної документації 
(ескізні, технічні, системні проекти) на прилади, що розробляються.
Складання замовлень на придбання матеріалів, деталей, частин, а також замовлень 
на виробництво.

Вимоги:
Впевненні знання сучасних технологій квантової радіофізики, спін-хвильової електродинаміки, 
фазових антенних решіток, квантової гіроскопії, плазмової електроніки, а також систем 
голографічного запису та зчитування інформації.
Вміння проектувати прилади з використанням найсучасніших високотехнологічних складових.
Вміння працювати в CAD-програмах для графічного проектування та моделювання 
електронних схем, аналізу електронних пристроїв і технологічних процесів.
Досвіт роботи в проектуванні високотехнологічних електронних пристроїв вітається.

Position:	Skills Development Expert F/M
Location:	Kiev, Ukraine. Frequent travel within the country is required.
Tasks
Prepare intervention strategy for Skills Development Ensure proper delivery (based on industry standards) of teachers’ capacity building Responsible for ensuring that the necessary infrastructure for learning methods is in place, operational and accessible Prepare result chains and defines measurable indicators and measurement plans for Skills Development  Responsible for the continuous performance assessment of the implementation partners Develop concept notes for the interventions, including deliverables plan/timeframe Liaise with the relevant government agencies, other key stakeholders, civil sector actors and private sector partners Provide Skills Development related inputs to periodic progress report meetings on the achievement of outputs
Requirements
Master’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant study in a professional education related field. Additional training and certification in project management would be an advantage; At least 3 years of experience in skills development, labour market or entrepreneurship promotion, preferably   in technical professions Relevant experience in developing learning materials and new teaching plans Good understanding and display of gender equality and social inclusion, conflict-sensitive programme management    and good governance Strong innovation and coaching skills and experience in working with different stakeholders (government agencies, civil sector actors and private sector partners) Excellent English skills (spoken and written)
