Our ideal candidate:

• understand email fundamentals: CAN-SPAM requirements, segmentation, CR/OR/CTR, A/B testing;
• ability to learn fast and achieve goals;
• understand the basics of digital marketing;
• experience with email layout (HTML) would be a plus;
• basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (table syntax);
• good written English.

Responsibilities:

• creation of email layout (HTML);
• take part in building an email campaign strategy;
• find/develop creatives;
• warm up new domains/IPs;
• full cycle of managing email campaigns;
• influence on OR/CR.
