Responsibilities
1.
Prepare and host
event: manage all logistics questions:
- booking meeting rooms in different offices
- create event on
events platform, fill with right and approved content;
- create requests for
IT support
- create requests for
admin support (coffee breaks)
- engage and register
participants
- after event fill in
all necessary reports
2. Manage
content:
-
Upload photo and
video, presentations’ assets;
-
Share and store
communications materials (photo, video, pptx) on events platform.
-
Help to gather
requirements for events from community leaders and speakers;
4. Rate
Research Metrics:
-
Synthesize community
feedback information and analytics regularly;
-
Work with statistics
5. Order
swag and catering by requests
6. Work with financial reports, pay
invoices
7. Help community managers from other
locations to collect required information
Requirements
• Communication
skills, responsible attitude to work, active personality.
• Willing
and able to learn; flexible and able to adapt to a changing environment;
• Having
excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Being
able to work under time pressure, setting priorities (handle multiple tasks simultaneously),
managing workload and deadlines;
• Being
good at Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Excel & Outlook);
• Having
a high standard of written and spoken English B2 and higher;
• Ability
to use office equipment;
• Being
able to operate successfully in a virtual environment;
• Goal-oriented
team player;
• Willingness
to work around the clock – the job involves working evenings and weekends, and
responding to community members outside of work hours.
