Customer Support Representative (Morning/Day/Night)

A fast-growing e-commerce company is looking for a talented and energetic customer support representative to efficiently maintain customer relations and process incoming orders.

This is a position for a person, who will work in one of/or mix 3 variations:
Morning shift:  7 AM - 3 PM;
Day time Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM;
Night Shift: 11 PM - 7 AM.

Position requires working from our office in Kiev a minimum of 5 shifts per week. Over the course of the next 3-5 months, the department will expand to twice its size now, and you can be one of the pillars of this tremendous growth.

You will be expected to bring the following results:

1. Full coverage of incoming workloads and customer maintenance;
2. Efficiently managing executors by safeguarding the delivery of the product and its basic instruction following;
3. Achieving OKRs set by your team-leader;
4. Excellent and friendly communication tactics both in chat and by the phone;
5. Achieving close to 5% or complete elimination of the product delays, dispute escalations, or cancellation indexes;
6. Following and attaining objectives per personal development plan;
7. Bug-reporting and CRM optimization suggestions.
