IT Researcher​

We are looking for an ambitious person with passion and determination to join our team as a IT Researcher​. 

We are an international company with offices in Amsterdam and Romania. Our plan is to take over the world, city by city! Now creating one office in Kyiv.
 

Our goal is to place tech professionals from around the world in the best jobs there are on the market. Since 2016, 95% of our placements come from outside the Netherlands or were Expats who lived in the Netherlands. We only focus on quality, therefore, we are working with the well-established names in the market, but also with SME.
 

Due to upcoming projects, we are searching for more people to join our young team of professionals.
 

What you will do:
– Sourcing a candidate based on the requirement you are allocated to
– Market research on allocated positions 
– Market research on technology specialisms like Java/scala
– Candidate sourcing 
– Engaging with selected candidates 
– Convincing candidates to respond and apply to positions
– Recruitment marketing and automation will be part of your daily tasks
– The role is very diverse and challenging, but along with our support and training, you will be able to source and win new business with confidence.
 

What we require:
– Experience with IT recruitment/sourcing is highly preferable
– Fluency in English is a MUST;
– Finished bachelor degree
– Live in or close to Kyiv
– Startup mentality
– You are highly motivated to achieve bonus and commissions
