We are a French e-commerce company which successfully closed all the 2017 business year and half of 2018. We are involved in recurring billing subscriptions business. We provide white label contents, essentially ebooks to our customers through a network of websites targeting different themes: Health & Fitness, Cooking, Computer geeks, Languages etc.
In 2018 our Ukrainian team has grown from 5 to 25 professional employees. We work in high-tech business center Astarta with an inspiring atmosphere.

Amount of our products is increasing so there is a lot of tasks waiting for the best Customer Support Manager (French, Spanish, Italian languages).

Targets:
- full support of the clients regarding payment/subscription/product using issues;
- expansion of relationships with existing clients;
- decrease of the charge-back;

Responsibilities:
  • manage the relationship with subscribers, clients;
  • resolve client’s payment/subscription issues not allowing the charge-back;
  • coordinate the processes with the management and the team, help the team with the ongoing tasks to ensure company goals achievement;
  • give recommendations to clients regarding the company’s products to increase sales;
  • ensure customers' satisfaction.
