Customer Support Manager (French+English)

We are looking for a Customer Support Manager with the deep knowledge of French language.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Fluent French
• Ability to learn fast
• Customer care experience (would be a plus)
• The right attitude, accurate, hard-working, attentive to details, and self-organized person

Responsibilities:

• Email, phone, chat, and social media support to customers
• Managing customer queries, comments, or complaints
• Managing CRM
• Reporting to a Client
• Readiness for business trips
• Other project support work
